We provide and install Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). Whether you are looking into construction of a new home, a commercial building or a vacation home, or simply looking to add on, our Insulspan Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) is the ultimate in construction methods. Replacing traditional stick built construction, SIPs are easy to work with and versatile for exterior walls, roofs, floors and additions. The SIP’s are composed of a continuous core of rigid foam insulation, which is laminated between two layers of structural board bonded together to form a single solid panel. They are then prefabricated inside a controlled environment following specific blueprints and architectural plans. The advantages of such a system are extensive:

Extreme Structures LLC also specializes in foundations using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs). Using ICF’s create a warm, dry and solid foundation to build on. They offer several of the benefits listed above for the SIPs. In addition, ICF’s have been shown to be effective in resisting natural disasters, such as tornadoes, fire, hurricanes and earthquakes.

Together, Structural Insulated Panels and Insulated Concrete Forms provide an unbeatable combination in construction methods. Whatever your needs might be, let Extreme Structures LLC help provide you with a safe, energy efficient and value-driven building. At home, at work, at play, since 1995 Extreme Structures LLC has been there to lead the way.

What Our Customers Have To Say

Our two dimensional dream house was finally going to become a reality. Extreme Structures converted our sketches to blue prints and engineered a safe way to build it. Team Extreme gave us the courage to become general contractors and build our own house. Installing windows and doors was a snap because of the squared framing and dimensional accuracy. Inspectors and tradesmen were awed and appreciative of the little things done by Extreme Structures that made their job easier. Now a passive convection wood fireplace keeps our 1560 sq ft home (with a 21 ft cathedral ceiling, loft and 36 windows) a comfortable 70 degrees. Even though average temperatures were below normal, we used only 2 pickup truck loads of wood. Our total heating cost for November through January was only $225. Seeing is believing! This home is exactly what we hoped it would be. Partnering with the right team made building it an enjoyable experience. If we ever have to live somewhere else, it will be in a SIP/ICF house and we sincerely hope Extreme Structures will be our partners again.
